New Playtests This Week
Welcome to Heroes Vs. Foes, a cooperative dungeon crawler game played in 5 levels. In each level, you will fight foes and the level boss to find the key granting you access to the next level. Be wary of venturing onward too soon - the levels get increasingly more difficult, so you'll want to level up your hero and grab some helpful items along the way. Can you make it through Baalan's zoo of death to defeat the final boss?
Played on a randomly-generated modular board with over 11,000 different hero and boss combinations, Heroes Vs. Foes will be a different game every time you play it. Escape a haunted house in real time with your life at stake!
You will play as different horror trope characters that have found themselves trapped in the attic of Hall Manor, a legendary haunted mansion. Each of the prey has their own unique ability to help them get through this torment. Explore the manor to locate the stairs on each level to escape. While you will find items to use as weapons (or provide other benefits), you will also come across dangerous situations and some of the evil creatures that haunt this dilapidated home.
The game begins in the attic, with each player starting in a separate room. Players get five minutes per level and will act simultaneously, moving from room to room to search for the way to the next level down. Once a player has found the stairs, they may proceed to the next level. Any players that don't make it are out, but their bodies are excellent for looters.
On the first floor, players are looking for the door to the manor (and freedom). Be careful, though! If you fall through to the basement, you'll find the spirit of Dr. Hall himself and be trapped forever.
With three levels and a quick, guided setup for each, Flight from Hall Manor plays quickly. Gameplay can be boosted or hindered by cooperation, but as little as one player can win each game. Multiple floorplan maps are included for each of the three levels, making every game different.
Someone in your village has formed a secret death cult. They have brainwashed others in their rise to power. You don’t know who they are. You don’t know who you can trust. CAN YOU SURVIVE THE RISE OF THE UNSEEN?
The Unseen is easy to learn and play social deception game. Players are divided into two teams, regular Villagers or Cult Members. Each player will receive a Role card which assigns them as a Villager or the Cult Leader. Then each player will receive a Brainwashed card. If a Villager has been brainwashed, they have joined the Cult Leader’s team as a Cult Member.
Cult Members know each other’s status and must lie to hide the Cult Leader’s identity. Regular Villagers must try to find out who the Cult Leader is and execute them before they take over the town. However, they won’t know who to trust.
